Congreso de Latinos Unidos (Congreso) is a nationally recognized multi-service organization, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose mission is to strengthen Latino communities through social, economic, education and health services; leadership development and advocacy. Congreso's goal is to alleviate poverty and promote economic self-sufficiency to ensure that our most vulnerable populations have the educational credentials and workforce skills to compete in a global economy. Through its Primary Client Model (PCM™), Congreso places its clients at the center of all decisions. Congreso achieves its goals by creating strategic partnerships and measuring client outcomes. Congreso is an established leader of education, workforce, health, and social services, serving 15,982 unduplicated individuals in Fiscal Year 2014.

Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. is a subnetwork regional lead agency of the Nuestras Voces Network focusing on CDC’s NCCDPHP Region B, which includes Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey.
