Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servico (CLUES) is a linguistically and culturally relevant resource and service non-profit organization that was founded in 1981 by Latinos for Latinos. CLUES’ holistic and family-centered programs and services connect families to resources, skills, institutions, and systems; create an environment for people to be engaged and empowered; and, advance the capacity of Latino families to be healthy, prosperous, and engaged in their communities. Through collaboration with other non-profits, government, and the private sector, CLUES is able to build opportunity bridges and help a greater number of families address their needs. These partnerships enable them to support and complement each other’s work, deliver more effective programs, collect better data, and advance creative, promising strategies that strengthen Latino communities in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. CLUES current areas of impact include health and family wellbeing, economic vitality, cultural and civic engagement, and educational achievement.
